Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a service with Boise Mobile Auto Detailing or using our website, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

Boise Mobile Auto Detailing provides mobile and in-shop detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services for automotive, marine, and aviation platforms across the Treasure Valley. All services are subject to the following conditions:

• Services are performed at the agreed-upon location (your home, office, or our Westgate Plaza shop)
• A suitable workspace with access to power and water may be required for mobile services
• Final pricing is confirmed after vehicle inspection. Quoted estimates may change based on vehicle condition
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the work environment does not meet minimum requirements

Booking and Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed upon scheduling and are subject to availability
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window
• Weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions may affect arrival times for mobile services
• We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary

Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at time of booking
• Pricing for all services is provided on a quote basis. Contact us for a personalized estimate

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover conditions that existed before service (pre-existing damage, permanent stains, or clear coat failure).

Liability

Boise Mobile Auto Detailing carries full business insurance. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint defects, clear coat failure, rust, dents, or mechanical issues
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions that become apparent during or after service
• Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Boise Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in vehicles

Ceramic Coating Terms

• Ceramic coating requires 24 to 48 hours of curing time. The vehicle must not be exposed to water during this period
• Paint correction is assessed and priced separately from ceramic coating
• Coating warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and proper maintenance by the vehicle owner
• Warranty documentation will be provided upon completion of ceramic coating services
