Book This ServiceYour Fleet Is Your Brand on the Road
Every vehicle in your fleet represents your business to the public. Delivery vans parked at customer sites, service trucks rolling through Boise neighborhoods, sales vehicles in client parking lots, shuttle buses at hotels — each one carries your name, your logo, and your reputation. A dirty fleet vehicle communicates carelessness. A clean one communicates professionalism and attention to detail. This is not opinion; it is how customers, prospects, and the general public perceive the businesses they encounter on the road.
Boise Mobile Auto Detailing provides structured fleet detailing programs for businesses across the Treasure Valley. We come to your location on a recurring schedule, maintain consistent quality across every vehicle, and handle the logistics so your team can focus on their work instead of washing trucks.

Who It’s For
Fleet detailing serves any business that operates multiple vehicles and wants them maintained to a consistent professional standard. Our fleet clients in the Boise area include:
- Service companies. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses with branded work trucks and vans that visit customer properties daily.
- Real estate agencies. Agents driving clients to property viewings need vehicles that reflect the caliber of service they provide.
- Construction firms. Pickup trucks and equipment vehicles that accumulate heavy soiling from job sites across the valley.
- Delivery services. Vehicles that make frequent stops in residential and commercial areas, representing the brand at every doorstep.
- Hotels and hospitality. Shuttle vehicles and courtesy cars that directly influence guest experience.
- Corporate offices. Company cars assigned to employees or executives that need to maintain a professional appearance.
- Healthcare providers. Mobile health service vehicles and patient transport that must present a clean, trustworthy image.
If you operate five vehicles or fifty, a scheduled detailing program keeps your fleet looking consistent without adding management burden to your operations team.
What’s Included
We offer three tiers of fleet service, and most accounts use a combination depending on the vehicle type and how it is used.
Exterior Wash Package
The foundation of fleet maintenance. Each vehicle receives a full hand wash using the two-bucket method, hand dry with clean microfiber towels, tire and wheel cleaning, and tire dressing. This package is appropriate for vehicles that need regular cleaning to maintain a professional exterior but do not require interior work at every visit. Most fleet accounts schedule this service bi-weekly or monthly.
Standard Fleet Detail
The most popular fleet option. This includes everything in the Exterior Wash Package plus a thorough interior vacuum, dashboard and console wipe-down, door panel cleaning, interior glass cleaning, and a general interior surface wipe. It addresses the visible interior areas without a full deep-clean extraction. This package keeps both the exterior and cabin in consistently presentable condition and is ideal for vehicles that transport clients or are regularly seen by the public.
Full Fleet Detail
A comprehensive interior and exterior detail performed on each vehicle. This includes hot water extraction on carpets and fabric seats, leather conditioning, full dashboard and console detailing, complete exterior wash with clay bar decontamination, polish, and sealant protection. Most fleet accounts schedule full details quarterly or semi-annually as a deep-maintenance service, supplemented by more frequent Exterior Wash or Standard Detail visits in between.
Our Process for Fleet Accounts
Initial Assessment
We begin every fleet relationship with an on-site visit. We inspect each vehicle in your fleet, assess its current condition, note any damage or heavy wear, and discuss your maintenance goals and budget. This information shapes the service schedule and package recommendations we present.
Custom Schedule Design
Based on your fleet size, vehicle types, and usage patterns, we design a service schedule that balances clean appearance with operational practicality. Vehicles that face the public daily may need bi-weekly exterior washes. Vehicles used primarily for internal purposes may only need monthly service. We accommodate your operational hours, shift schedules, and seasonal variations.
Consistent Execution
Every visit follows the same checklist for each vehicle. We maintain service records that document what was performed, the condition of each vehicle, and any issues observed (scratches, dents, fluid leaks, or interior damage). This documentation protects both parties and provides fleet managers with visibility into vehicle condition trends.
Service Reporting
After each visit, you receive a service report detailing which vehicles were serviced, what package was performed on each, and any condition notes. For larger fleets, this reporting helps you track maintenance history per vehicle and identify units that may need additional attention or repair.

Why Scheduled Service Matters
Reactive cleaning — waiting until vehicles look dirty before scheduling service — creates an inconsistent brand image and allows contamination to accumulate beyond what a basic wash can address. Salt from Boise’s winter roads corrodes paint and undercarriage components if left in place. Brake dust etches into wheel finishes. Interior stains set permanently if not addressed promptly. Bug residue bonds to paint surfaces within days during Idaho’s warm months.
A scheduled program prevents these escalation patterns. Vehicles are cleaned before contamination causes damage, not after. The cost of regular maintenance detailing is significantly less than the cost of paint correction, upholstery replacement, or the intangible cost of vehicles that look neglected in front of your customers.
Volume Pricing and Account Benefits
Fleet accounts receive:
- Volume pricing that decreases per-vehicle cost as fleet size increases
- Dedicated scheduling with consistent service days and times
- Priority booking during peak seasons
- Flexible payment terms with monthly invoicing
- No individual scheduling required — we manage the rotation across your fleet
- Account management with a single point of contact for all service coordination
