Cancellation Notice

We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and ensures efficient scheduling for our team.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee amount will be communicated at the time of booking. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to perform the service (no access to the vehicle, gate codes not provided, or no one available to authorize entry), this will be treated as a late cancellation. A fee may apply to cover the travel and scheduling time.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations

For mobile services performed outdoors, extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, or temperatures below freezing) may require rescheduling. In these cases, we will contact you in advance to arrange a new time at no charge. Ceramic coating applications require specific temperature and humidity conditions for proper curing.

Cancellation by Boise Mobile Auto Detailing

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to equipment issues, staffing, or unsafe conditions. If we initiate the cancellation, we will offer the next available appointment at your convenience. No fees are charged when we initiate the cancellation.
